The production process:

 

Production equipment: American BW three mouth acupuncture blanket production line.

 

All kinds of aluminum silicate needled fiber blanket, using different material of raw materials (such as coke gemstones, SiO2, Al2O3, powder mixing etc.) the fibroblast after settlement of acupuncture, heat setting, cross cutting, rolling and other processes is made. Uniform texture, smooth surface, has an excellent tensile strength, because the aluminum silicate needled blanket itself without binder, it greatly improves the heat level.
